| Many people may know John Curley as that guy from that TV show But many may not know he is also a knucklehead when it comes to exercise. Curley always loved doing big events but never wanted to put the time in to train. Like a fool he did the STP in one day. He has swam from Bainbridge to Aiki and did the Seattle Marathon numerous time all without training. Then in January of 2008 he signed up for and began training for Ironman France. For John it was a life changing experience. Not only did he learn the value of hard core training. The Ironman took him to a place of pain and joy that he had never known before. There are more big events for John to do and he hopes you will be right beside him until the end when he pulls aways ever so slightly. |
